Kuśala is a wellness platform that makes it simple to discover, trust, and book verified yoga, meditation, sound healing, and theta practitioners across India. We’re launching now, and we’re looking for someone to help shape how Kuśala looks and sounds online from the start.
What you’ll do
- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram and other forms of social media
- Turn practitioner stories, events, and platform updates into reels, carousels, and posts
- Maintain our content calendar and keep a consistent, calm, editorial tone
- Support launch events and practitioner features with on-the-ground content
- Track what works (reach, saves, sign-ups) and suggest what to do next
- Engage with our community and respond to comments and DMs
What we’re looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in social media or content creation, ideally in wellness,
lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Strong writing and a positive eye for visual detail
- Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for simple design and video editing
- Understanding of the Instagram algorithm and what makes content shareable
- Organised, self-driven, and happy to work in a small, fast-moving team
- Genuine interest in wellness is a big plus
Nice to have
- Experience shooting or editing short-form video
- Familiarity with analytics tools and basic paid social
