Role Description This is a full-time Social Media Executive role based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing the company’s social media presence across platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

The Social Media

Executive will monitor online interactions, respond to comments and messages, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and events. Daily tasks include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing content strategies,



coordinating with creative resources for graphics and videos, and staying updated on social media trends relevant to the automotive industry.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and enhance campaigns across platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent posts and responses.
- Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to coordinate social media activities with broader marketing initiatives and promotional calendars.
- Relevant experience in managing brand pages, community engagement, and basic analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram, YouTube, scheduling and reporting tools) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, collaborate with on-site teams in Ahmedabad, and manage deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in automotive or retail sectors as an added plus.
