Babu Churi Wala GK is a prestigious jewellery and bangles brand with a rich legacy, bringing traditional elegance and contemporary styles together. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive who can strengthen our digital presence, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness and audience growth across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts with consistent, engaging, and platform-specific content.
2. Content Shooting & Creation: Visit our store to shoot high-quality product videos, customer interactions, behind-the-scenes content, and engaging brand stories.
3. Reels Editing & Video Production: Independently edit reels, short-form videos, and promotional content with engaging transitions, music, hooks, and captions.
4. Customer Engagement: Interact confidently with customers in-store, create customer testimonial videos, capture their shopping experiences, and produce relatable content.
5. Influencer Marketing: Identify suitable influencers, coordinate collaborations, negotiate commercials, and manage influencer campaigns to promote the brand.
6. Festive & Seasonal Campaigns: Plan and execute creative social media campaigns for festivals, weddings, seasonal collections, sales, and special occasions.
7. Creative Posts & Photo Editing: Create festive creatives, promotional posts, product-focused content, and visually appealing social media designs.
8. Trend Analysis: Stay updated with trending audio, viral reels, content formats, hashtags, and social media trends to develop content with viral potential.
9. Growth Strategy: Prepare and execute a social media growth plan to increase followers, reach, engagement, brand visibility,



and customer enquiries.
10. Performance Tracking: Monitor social media analytics, evaluate content performance, and recommend improvements based on insights.
11. Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with the brand’s marketing objectives and campaign schedule.

Requirements & Skills

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, & LinkedIn.
- Solid video shooting and editing skills, especially for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts.
- Knowledge of photo editing & social media creative design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in interacting with customers and influencers.
- A strong understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and engaging content formats.
- Creative thinking, a positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of content from concept to publishing.
- Experience with fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, retail, or D2C brands will be an added advantage.
