Are you passionate about social media, content creation, digital trends, and brand storytelling? We are looking for a creative and proactive qualified who can manage social media accounts, develop engaging content, and execute effective social media strategies for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives, brand guidelines, and communication strategies.
- Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, carousels, and other platform-specific content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and internal teams to develop compelling social media creatives.
- Identify trending topics, hashtags, and relevant conversations to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Manage community engagement, including comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns, digital activations,



and brand communication initiatives.
- Monitor platform analytics and prepare performance reports covering reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content and campaign requirements.
- Track brand mentions and online conversations and flag potential reputation-related concerns.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably with a PR, communications, or digital marketing agency.
- Excellent written communication and content-writing skills.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple social media accounts and developing content calendars.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and content performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, social media scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong coordination, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and meet tight deadlines.
