Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, multilingual Social Media Content Creator to build and run our content across digital platforms. You will turn education and career-abroad topics into engaging, trustworthy content that attracts and converts the right audience. The role is remote, with occasional coordination with our Kochi office.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (reels, short videos, carousels, posts, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy in Malayalam and English, and adapt content for other regional languages
- Create educational content on study abroad destinations, universities, courses, visas, scholarships, and career opportunities
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and admission cycles
- Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video and graphic content
- Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant




- Monitor engagement and analytics, and report on reach, engagement, and lead generation
- Work with the marketing and counselling teams to turn their expertise into content
- Respond to comments and messages on social platforms in line with brand voice
- Ensure all content is accurate, consistent with brand guidelines, and free of misleading claims

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in social media content creation (education, consultancy, or a related industry preferred)
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong copywriting, scripting, and storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Positive understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
- Must be based in Kerala

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

- Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and/or Telugu
- Knowledge of the study abroad or overseas education industry
- Experience running paid social campaigns or lead generation
- On-camera presence or voice-over ability
