Role Description This is a full time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Noida.

The Social Media Content

Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Daily responsibilities include creating posts, short videos, stories, and captions that communicate psychology concepts and promote Counsel Union’s courses and initiatives. The role involves maintaining a content calendar, collaborating with educators and marketing team members, monitoring audience engagement, and optimizing content based on analytics.



The individual will also assist with community management by responding to comments and messages, aligning all content with the brand’s voice and mental health-focused mission.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing clear, engaging captions and scripting short-form video content.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and familiarity with current trends and best practices.
- Experience using basic design and video editing tools (such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) to produce visually appealing posts.
- Ability to interpret social media analytics, track performance, and adjust content strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Solid understanding or interest in mental health, psychology, or wellbeing topics, with sensitivity in communicating about them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Capacity to work on-site in Noida, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant educational background in communications, marketing, psychology, media studies, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in social media or content roles is an advantage.
