About Marxen

Marxen is a technology and AI company working across enterprise AI deployment, human-data operations, and real-world technology solutions.

Through our Native AI Labs, we work on deploying AI systems within enterprise and government environments, with a focus on infrastructure ownership, data security, and practical implementation.

Through our Data Labs, we support human-data collection, annotation, dataset curation, and data operations that help AI systems work effectively in real-world environments.

We work at the intersection of technology, execution, and business, building solutions that go beyond presentations and prototypes.

As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive intern who wants to learn how a growing technology company builds its brand, communicates its work, and engages its professional audience.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Strategy Intern who enjoys content creation, understands how social media works, and is interested in building and growing a technology company’s digital presence.

This is not just about creating posts.

You’ll work with the Marxen team to plan content, coordinate inputs, manage internal approvals, prepare and schedule posts, track performance, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and organic reach.

You’ll gain practical exposure to how B2B technology companies communicate their products, projects, partnerships, and business developments to the market.

You don’t need prior agency experience or an extensive portfolio. We’re looking for someone who is organised, communicates well, takes initiative, and is willing to learn.

What You’ll Work On

- Content Strategy & Planning

Help develop weekly and monthly social media content calendars.

Research relevant industry topics, trends, and developments in AI, enterprise technology, and data operations.

Identify content opportunities around company projects, achievements, hiring, partnerships, and announcements.

Suggest content formats including carousels, graphics, short videos, project highlights, and thought-leadership posts.

Help maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

- Content Creation & Coordination

Draft captions, social media copy, post concepts, and creative briefs.

Coordinate with internal teams to collect project updates, images, technical inputs, and supporting materials.

Work with available design resources and AI tools to develop content.

Organise content assets, drafts, references, and publishing materials.

Check content for clarity, accuracy, formatting, and brand consistency.

- Approvals, Scheduling & Publishing

Maintain a structured content approval tracker.

Share proposed posts with relevant stakeholders for review.

Incorporate feedback and track revisions until content is approved.

Help schedule and publish posts according to the approved calendar.

Track pending approvals, upcoming posts, and missed deadlines.

Ensure that no unapproved or confidential information is published.

- Engagement & Community Building

Monitor relevant comments, mentions, and audience conversations.

Suggest meaningful engagement opportunities with companies, industry professionals, partners, and relevant communities.

Research potential collaborators and outreach opportunities.

Help prepare personalised, professional engagement and outreach drafts for approval.

Track follower growth, audience interactions, and organic reach.

Identify opportunities to improve Marxen’s visibility among enterprise, technology, and professional audiences.

- Analytics & Performance Reporting

Track social media performance using platform analytics.

Help prepare weekly reports covering impressions, reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.

Identify which posts and formats perform well and which need improvement.

Research competitor and industry content strategies.

Recommend improvements to publishing schedules, content formats, and engagement approaches.

Maintain a simple performance dashboard or reporting sheet.

- Research & Experimentation

Explore new content ideas and formats relevant to our audience.

Learn and experiment with tools for research, writing, design, scheduling, and reporting.

Study how technology companies position themselves on social media.

Propose small, measurable experiments to improve content performance.
