Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Account Manager to manage day-to-day social media accounts, content execution, and platform performance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand presence across social media platforms and coordinating with creative and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media accounts and content execution.
- Develop, maintain, and manage monthly/weekly content calendars.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, influencers, content writers, and other creative teams.
- Plan and execute social media content as per the brand strategy.
- Monitor social media trends, engagement, audience behaviour, and platform updates.
- Ensure timely publishing of approved content across different platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and communication style.
- Track account performance, engagement, reach, followers, and other key metrics.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and insights.




- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign and promotional activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and overall social media performance.
- Stay updated with current trends, content formats, algorithms, and platform best practices.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Good knowledge of social media strategy and content planning.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Understanding of current social media trends, formats, and platform best practices.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and brand understanding.

Qualification

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or account management.
- Experience handling multiple social media accounts and brand pages will be preferred.
