Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Snowflake Solution Architect with strong logical thinking, expert-level knowledge of Snowflake Cortex and CoCO, and deep database expertise. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on technical qualified who can drive solution design while actively contributing to implementation and troubleshooting.

The role requires a balanced approach, with 50% solution architecture and design and 50% hands-on technical execution. Candidates should be comfortable translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementing them directly.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Design – 50%

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Snowflake.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solution architectures.
- Lead solution design discussions, technical assessments, and architecture reviews.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Snowflake Cortex and CoCO.
- Define database architecture, data models, integration patterns, and data processing strategies.
- Identify technical challenges, evaluate alternatives, and recommend optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to align architecture with business objectives.

Hands-on Technical Implementation – 50%
- Develop, implement, and optimize Snowflake-based solutions.
- Work hands-on with Cortex and CoCO for relevant project requirements.
- Perform advanced SQL development, database optimization, and query performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot complex database and data processing issues.




- Use Python for scripting, automation, and data-related tasks.
- Conduct proof of concepts, validate technical designs, and support production deployments.
- Ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability of implemented solutions.

Mandatory Skills
- Snowflake Solution Architecture: Strong experience designing and implementing Snowflake solutions.
- Snowflake Cortex: Expert-level knowledge and practical implementation experience.
- CoCO: Expert-level knowledge and hands-on project experience.
- Database Technologies: Expert-level database knowledge, SQL, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Python: Basic to intermediate proficiency.
- Logical Thinking: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Hands-on Expertise: Must be comfortable with both solution design and direct technical implementation.

Required Experience
- 12–17 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience in Snowflake solution architecture and database technologies.
- Demonstrable project experience with Cortex and CoCO at an expert level.
- Experience handling both architecture responsibilities and hands-on implementation.
