Value Innovation Labs is hiring a Snowflake Administrator with solid data architecture skills for LTM, a Larsen & Toubro company: an AI-centric global technology services company and the Business Creativity partner to the world's largest enterprises.

You will design, build and govern Snowflake-based data platforms for retail use cases, from data modelling and migration to long-term platform strategy.

- Must-have: Snowflake experience as a Data Architect or Administrator

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement database solutions and data models to store and retrieve retail data
- Administer and manage the Snowflake environment, including performance, access and cost
- Use Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL and Snowpipe for ingestion and automation
- Build data warehouses and data marts on Snowflake, with data profiling and quality analysis
- Oversee migration of data from legacy systems to Snowflake
- Design and develop data extraction and integration code modules
- Partner with data engineers and testing teams on ingestion logic, consumption patterns and testing
- Apply OLAP and OLTP models, dimensional modelling, Star schema, Snowflake schema and Data Vault modelling




- Review database implementation procedures for compliance with internal and external regulations
- Recommend improvements to new and existing database systems
- Maintain versions of data models using version control
- Work with business units and engineering teams to shape the long-term data platform strategy
- Provide technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining and data cleansing
- Coach team members, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and take full ownership of deliverables

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5 to 10 years of experience in data architecture or administration, with Snowflake experience (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with SnowSQL and Snowpipe
- Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture and its use across different business cases
- Solid command of data modelling (Star, Snowflake, Data Vault) and OLAP/OLTP concepts
- Experience in legacy-to-cloud data migration
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good to have: Retail domain experience
- Good to have: SnowPro certification
