We are looking for an experienced Snow License Implementation Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of Snow License Manager / Software Asset Management (SAM) initiatives. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience with Snow Software and be capable of independently managing the Snow workstream from assessment and design through implementation, reconciliation, optimization and delivery. The candidate must also have hands-on experience with Snow to Flexera One migration/implementation, including assessment, license mapping and migration readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Snow License Manager / SAM implementation activities.
- Configure and manage software license management processes, including entitlements, license metrics, reconciliation and compliance.
- Manage software inventory, discovery, normalization and license optimization.
- Identify over-licensing, under-licensing and compliance risks and recommend remediation.
- Work with CMDB/discovery data and integrate relevant data sources with SAM platforms.
- Own the Snow to Flexera One migration/implementation workstream.
- Assess the existing Snow environment and identify migration gaps and dependencies.
- Perform license mapping, data assessment and migration readiness activities for Flexera One.
- Prepare migration plans, documentation, issue logs and implementation deliverables.
- Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors during implementation.
- Support testing, validation, reconciliation and go-live activities.
- Independently track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with enterprise software publishers and license models.
- Experience with SAM tools and data integrations.
- Experience preparing migration/readiness assessments and implementation documentation.
- Experience managing implementation risks, issues and stakeholder escalations.
