Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage real estate project sales and closing activities.
- Drive booking targets, site visits, lead conversions, and revenue growth.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Handle client negotiations, booking closures, and agreement execution.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, developers, and customers.
- Monitor sales pipelines, team performance, and project progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.
- Share regular sales reports and performance updates with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales and closing.
- Strong experience in booking closures and client negotiations.
- Valuable understanding of the Pune real estate market, especially South and East Pune.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to convert leads into bookings.
- Candidates comfortable with a hands-on, performance-oriented role.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
