Pupa Home Care Private Limited is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Showroom Manager to manage daily showroom operations, drive sales, lead the showroom team, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and sales management skills, along with the ability to manage showroom activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall showroom performance.
- Lead, guide, and motivate showroom sales staff.
- Maintain product displays, stock availability, and showroom cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit performance updates to management.
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure proper billing, documentation, and adherence to company policies.





Requirements
- Any Degree or relevant educational qualification.
- Previous experience in showroom management, retail sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
