Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team, maintain quality standards, and ensure an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and product availability.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and shift closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate kitchen and service teams for smooth order processing.
- Monitor staff attendance, shift allocation,



and productivity.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in the QSR industry.
- Prior experience in a Shift Manager or equivalent supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety, and restaurant operations.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
