Job Title: SharePoint Sr. Developer/Lead

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Pune, India

Employment Type: Full-time/Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to independently design, develop, maintain, and support SharePoint solutions. This role is an Individual Contributor (IC) position where the candidate will be the sole SharePoint specialist in the team, responsible for end-to-end ownership of SharePoint platforms, development activities, solution architecture, governance, and operational support.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SPFx, PowerShell, and modern collaboration solutions with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and drive initiatives without dedicated team support.

Key Responsibilities:

SharePoint Development & Administration

- Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using modern SharePoint frameworks and best practices.
- Develop custom web parts, extensions, and applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).




- Configure and manage SharePoint sites, hubs, permissions, lists, libraries, metadata, and content management processes.
- Create and maintain SharePoint intranet, department sites, knowledge management portals, and collaboration solutions.
- Perform SharePoint tenant administration and governance activities.

Solution Architecture

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SharePoint solutions.
- Define architecture standards, governance policies, and best practices.
- Recommend Microsoft 365 capabilities to improve collaboration, automation, and document management.
- Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and organizational standards.

Integration & Customization

- Develop integrations using:

o REST APIs o Microsoft Graph API o Azure Functions o PowerShell

- Build custom forms and workflows.
- Implement SSO and authentication solutions where required.

Operations & Support

- Act as the primary point of contact for all SharePoint-related issues and enhancements.
- Perform production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Manage incidents, service requests, upgrades, and platform health monitoring.
- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.

Stakeholder Management

- Work directly with business users, project managers, architects, and leadership teams.
- Gather requirements, provide technical consultation,



and deliver solutions independently.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- SharePoint Migration experience
- Proven experience working independently and managing end-to-end SharePoint solutions.
