7 to 14 years of experience. Extensive experience in Performance Testing, specifically with LoadRunner. Proficiency in NFR (Nonfunctional Requirement) gathering. Robust scripting skills, particularly with Web Applications and APIs (API experience is a plus), with multiple protocol experience, including custom coding. Hands-on experience in execution and analysis. Real-time experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Sumologic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc. (Exposure alone is not sufficient). At least 5 years of experience in stakeholder interactions.
