Minimum Qualification

Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, industry standards, and company SHE policies for all electrical works.

- Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) for electrical activities.

- Monitor protected execution of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning works at site.

- Develop and implement safe work procedures (SWP) and method statements for electrical activities.

- Conduct toolbox talks, SHE inductions, and training sessions focused on electrical safety.

- Carry out site inspections, identify unsafe acts/conditions, and recommend corrective actions.

- Ensure implementation of Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, and other electrical safety measures.





- Lead accident/incident investigations related to electrical works, prepare reports, and ensure preventive measures.

- Liaise with client representatives, statutory bodies, and internal stakeholders on electrical SHE compliance.

- Support the preparation of SHE performance reports, audits, and management reviews.

- Promote awareness of safe practices, sustainability, and environmental protection among the workforce.

- Ensuring of Electrical safety at site, Routine inspection of electrical installation, check all electrical installation as per electrical standard, Earthing, ELCB checking as per checklist and maintain records.
