About the Role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep hands-on expertise in platform development and integrations. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of complex development challenges, can work independently, and brings a strong foundation in both technical delivery and modern AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain Scoped Applications on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, reusability, and adherence to platform best practices
- Build and manage REST-based integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, including authentication, error handling, and data transformation
- Develop and enhance Service Portal experiences (moderate to advanced level), including custom widgets, Angular components, and portal configurations
- Write and maintain UI Scripts, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes to support complex business logic




- Leverage GenAI capabilities — including ServiceNow Now Assist or similar tools — to drive intelligent automation and enhance user experiences
- Design and configure Virtual Agent conversations and workflows to improve self-service and reduce ticket volumes

What You'll Bring

1. 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
2. Strong proficiency in Scoped Application development
3. Solid experience with REST integrations — building, testing, and troubleshooting
4. Moderate to advanced Service Portal development skills
5. Working knowledge of UI Scripts and client-side scripting
6. Familiarity with GenAI features on ServiceNow (Now Assist or equivalent) and Virtual Agent configuration
7. Solid problem-solving mindset with a quality-first approach to delivery
