Most engagements run 3–6 months, so you'll see your work go live rather than hand it off.
What you'll do
- Design and build custom applications, workflows and integrations on ServiceNow
- Configure ITSM, ITOM or CSM modules to match client processes
- Write and maintain server-side (Business Rules, Script Includes) and client-side scripts
- Review architecture decisions with the delivery lead before build starts
- Document configuration changes for client handover
What we're looking for
- 2+ years building on the ServiceNow platform
- Comfortable with Glide APIs, Flow Designer and REST/SOAP integrations
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification preferred, not required
- Explicit written communication — you'll talk to clients directly
