Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Consultant with 7 years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow and JIRA. The ideal candidate should have experience in ServiceNow development, administration, workflow automation, IT Service Management (ITSM), and integration with JIRA for incident, change, and issue tracking processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work on ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Script Includes.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and JIRA using REST APIs, web services, and integration tools.
- Configure and support JIRA workflows, issue types, custom fields, screens, permissions, and automation rules.
- Manage incident and change synchronization between ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, workflow failures, and application defects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and IT operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.




- Support platform upgrades, testing, deployment, documentation, and production issues.
- Follow ITIL best practices and ensure effective IT service delivery.

Required Skills
- 7 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Practical experience with JIRA administration, configuration, and workflow management.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with JIRA using REST APIs or web services.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, APIs, and scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and incident, problem, and change management.
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and MID Server.
- Knowledge of Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.
- Experience with JIRA Service Management (JSM) and Atlassian tools.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies, DevOps processes, and CI/CD.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD are an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Note: Candidates must have hands-on experience with both ServiceNow and JIRA, particularly integration and workflow management.

Pay: From ₹2,100,000.00 per year
