Service Now Developer- 4+ Years - Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day ServiceNow administration, support, and maintenance.
2. Develop and configure core and custom ServiceNow applications.
3. Build workflows, catalog items, and record producers to streamline processes.
4. Develop system integrations, APIs, and process automation.
5. Work with service owners and stakeholders to resolve complex platform issues.
6. Configure and maintain forms, lists, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, and Flow Designer.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
2. 3+ years of experience with CMDB, CMDB Workspace, Discovery, and integrations/APIs.
3. Strong experience with Glide/Jelly scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and AJAX.
4. Experience with Service Now ITSM., ATF, Platform Analytics, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow configuration.
5. Robust knowledge of workflows, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, UI policies, forms, and lists.
6. Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist for ITSM is an added advantage.
