Job Title: Mechanical Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mechanical Service Engineer to install,

commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment at customer sites.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and providing excellent technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and test mechanical equipment at customer locations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues related to machines, systems, and components.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct equipment inspections and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for technical support.
- Support customers with equipment operation and maintenance training.
- Manage spare parts requirements and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.




- Travel to customer sites for installation, servicing, and emergency support.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Additional certifications in maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment will be an advantage.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, service engineering, or field service.
- Experience in industrial machinery, testing equipment, manufacturing plants, or automation systems preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and machinery.
- Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and compressors.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service reporting.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- 2-wheeler Compulsory.
