Role Description The SEO Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The SEO Manager will plan and execute SEO strategies across multiple clients, including performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, managing on-page and off-page optimization, and coordinating link-building campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, analyzing performance using web analytics tools, preparing reports and insights for clients, and collaborating with content, design, and PPC teams to align SEO with broader marketing goals.

The role also involves monitoring industry trends,



identifying recent optimization opportunities, and ensuring that all SEO activities follow ethical and up-to-date best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong SEO skills, including hands-on experience with SEO Audits and Keyword Research for diverse industries and markets.
- Proficiency in Link Building strategies, including outreach, backlink analysis, and off-page optimization.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, other SEO platforms) to track performance and generate actionable insights.
- Solid Marketing understanding, with experience integrating SEO into broader digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing multi-website or agency-side SEO projects and meeting performance targets.
- Knowledge of technical SEO (site structure, page speed, mobile optimization, schema markup) and on-page optimization best practices.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms is an advantage.
