1. Job Summay

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to improve website visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and overall search engine performance. The candidate will be responsible for implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimising website content, and monitoring performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

2. Key Responsibilities:

A. Onpage SEO:

1. Conduct keyword research and identify relevant target keywords.
2. Optimise website titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and page content.
3. Create and optimise keyword-based landing pages and website pages.
4. Implement internal linking strategies and optimise website structure.
5. Optimise images, alt tags, and other on-page SEO elements.
6. Ensure content is SEO-friendly, relevant, and aligned with search intent.

B. Technical SEO:

1. Conduct regular technical SEO audits and resolve identified issues.
2. Monitor website crawling, indexing, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and canonical tags.
3. Identify and resolve broken links, redirect issues, duplicate content, and crawl errors.
4. Monitor Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and website performance.
5. Implement structured data and schema markup where appropriate.
6. Coordinate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.

C. Off-Page SEO & Link Building:

1. Develop ethical link-building and backlink acquisition strategies.
2. Analyse backlink profiles and monitor referring domains.
3. Identify relevant websites for guest posting and link-building opportunities.
4. Monitor competitors’ backlink strategies and organic search performance.
5. Review and address harmful or spam-related backlink concerns where necessary.

D. Content SEO:

1. Develop SEO content strategies based on keyword research and search intent.
2. Optimise existing website content to improve rankings and engagement.
3.



Coordinate with content writers and website teams for SEO-friendly content.
4. Identify content gaps and opportunities for new landing pages and articles.
5. Optimise content for featured snippets, AI-powered search results, and other relevant search features.

E: Analytics and Reporting:

1. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
2. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
3. Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
4. Analyse website traffic trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Monitor competitors and evaluate SEO campaign performance.
6. Recommend data-driven improvements to achieve SEO targets.

F. Website Maintenance and Coordination:

1. Conduct regular SEO monitoring and maintenance activities.
2. Coordinate with website developers, content teams, and marketing teams.
3. Monitor website updates to ensure SEO best practices are maintained.
4. Review SEO issues arising from website changes and recent page launches.
5. Maintain SEO documentation, keyword mapping, and audit reports.

G. AI SEO and Search Optimisation:

1. Stay updated with AI-driven search developments and search engine algorithm updates.
2. Optimise content for Google AI Overviews and other relevant AI-powered search experiences.
3. Improve content quality, topical authority, and entity relevance.
4. Use AI tools responsibly for keyword research, content planning, and SEO analysis.
5. Monitor emerging SEO trends and recommend strategies to improve organic visibility.

3. Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Practical knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.




- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of HTML, meta tags, website structure, and basic technical SEO.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare SEO reports and track performance metrics.

5. Preferred Additional Skills:

- Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.
- WordPress website management and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience with SEO audits and website migrations.
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
- Familiarity with AI search optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
- Basic understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
