Position: Senior UI/UX Designer As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with a Service Designer to design user interfaces and workflows that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with strategic user journeys. You will be responsible for hands-on graphic design and UI tasks, producing high-fidelity assets while working within predefined graphical systems. A passion for modern user experience methodologies and comfort incorporating AI-powered tools into your design workflow are essential for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with Service Designers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive dashboards and user-centric interfaces.
- Produce high-fidelity UI screens, layouts, graphic assets, and iconography for digital systems and products.
- Work within, apply, and maintain predefined graphical systems and design guidelines to ensure product consistency across the organization.
- Build interactive, responsive prototypes to test design ideas and deliver structured design assets for developer handoff.




- Actively leverage and explore AI-powered tools and modern prompt-based assistants to accelerate prototyping and optimize design efficiency.
- Support design platform initiatives and ensure reporting/visual solutions align with the broader digital product ecosystem.

Key Requirements

- 5 years of experience working with UI/UX design in enterprise or collaborative product environments.
- Robust expertise in visual design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Hands-on experience applying predefined graphical systems or structured design guidelines to maintain visual consistency.
- Experience designing intuitive layouts and graphics, optimizing them for responsiveness across devices.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and how to translate user journeys into functional UI outputs.
- Comfort incorporating AI-assisted workflows or prompt-based tools to improve daily design speed and efficiency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Special Requirements for the Role

- Be a self-starter, a problem solver, have a positive attitude, and have great attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage.
- Structured, proactive approach with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
