Job Summary

AI Intellisoft, the parent company of Thiranz Tech Solutions, is looking for a target-oriented Senior Telemarketing Executive to manage student enquiries, promote professional training programs, and convert prospective leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain courses, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and institute visits.
- Maintain lead details, follow-up records, and conversion reports in the CRM.
- Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to improve lead conversion.




- Build strong relationships with students and parents through effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, student counselling, or admissions.
- EdTech or educational training institute experience preferred.
- Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on admission conversions.

Salary & Joining
- Salary Range: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Full-time position based in Coimbatore.
