Equilateral Solutions is hiring a Senior Technical Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Manager to develop B2B sales of hygienic stainless steel process equipment for the food, dairy, beverage and allied industries. The role covers lead generation, technical requirement assessment, techno-commercial proposals, customer negotiations and order closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business and manage enquiries for SS process/storage/mixing tanks, agitated vessels, CIP tanks and skids, ribbon blenders, dairy equipment and customized hygienic process systems.
- Visit customer plants; understand process, capacity, utilities and application requirements.
- Review URS, RFQs, technical specifications, P&IDs;, GA drawings and equipment datasheets; coordinate with engineering on solutions.
- Prepare technical-commercial quotations and proposals; present solutions, negotiate and convert enquiries into orders.
- Build relationships with food/dairy manufacturers, EPC firms, consultants and project contractors; identify greenfield and brownfield opportunities.




- Maintain sales pipeline and follow-ups; coordinate order handover, technical clarifications and drawing approvals.
- Attend industry exhibitions and achieve assigned sales and order-booking targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4 to 7 years in technical sales/business development of food or dairy process equipment or comparable hygienic capital equipment.
- Knowledge of SS304/SS316/SS316L tanks, hygienic fabrication, mixing/agitation, CIP, pumps, valves, sanitary piping, heating/cooling jackets and basic automation.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs; and GA drawings and manage technical-commercial B2B project sales independently.
- Strong customer network, negotiation and communication skills; willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Background Experience with dairy/food processing machinery, process skids, heat exchangers, liquid processing, food ingredients, beverage systems or powder handling will be an advantage.
