Role Description The Senior Technical Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving escalations across multiple client processes and platforms. The role includes monitoring system performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions, and ensuring adherence to client-specific service level agreements.

The Senior Technical

Executive will document issues and resolutions, contribute to process improvements, and support knowledge transfer within the team. The individual will also participate in client calls when needed,



maintain accurate reporting, and help drive a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong technical support and troubleshooting abilities, with experience handling complex escalations and multi-application environments.
- Knowledge of customer service operations and BPO processes, preferably in sectors such as healthcare, banking, financial services, insurance, gaming, or publishing.
- Proficiency in using ticketing tools, CRM systems, and standard office productivity software for documentation and reporting.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend process or system improvements.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including clear customer-facing communication and professional interaction with client stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage shifts as required, and collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a senior technical, service desk, or technical support role within a BPO or similar high-volume environment is highly beneficial.
