Job SummaryIn this role as Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA) processes, utilizing CAD Design Skills, particularly Creo software. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient and effective product design and development.Key Responsibilities1. Lead the design for manufacturing & assembly (dfma) initiatives within the organization2. Utilize cad design skills to create detailed product designs and engineering drawings3. Implement and optimize design processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to support product development from concept to production5. Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members6. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement through dfma analysis7.
