Role Description As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at DM-Immigration Consultants, you will lead end-to-end hiring activities to support the company’s growth and staffing needs. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.

You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain candidate pipelines,



and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role includes maintaining recruitment metrics, optimizing hiring processes, and staying current with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Candidates should possess experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to assess skills, experience, and culture add.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding, supporting initiatives that enhance the organization’s talent market presence.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Prior experience in a senior recruiting or talent acquisition role, preferably within professional services or consulting, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and current hiring best practices is advantageous.
