Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments and locations. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines while ensuring quality of hire.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic, sales, operations, finance, and corporate roles.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interview rounds.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection, and offer rollouts.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer acceptance,



and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Identify hiring challenges and implement strategies to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, job portals, and recruitment partners.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding, campus recruitment, and talent pool development initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment documentation and processes comply with organizational policies.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Experience handling multiple vacancies and stakeholder requirements simultaneously.
- Experience in education, EdTech, professional training, or other fast-paced industries is preferred.

- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Ability to manage recruitment targets and deliver closures within agreed timelines.
- Robust organizational skills, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
