Job Title: Senior Specialist - Software Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist - Software Engineering to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for a seasoned qualified with a strong background in full-stack development, particularly with Golang and Angular, and expertise in cloud-native architectures.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Golang, incorporating Protobuf, gRPC, and REST APIs.
- Implement and manage microservices architecture, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Develop and optimize frontend applications using Angular, NgRx, RxJS, and TypeScript.
- Utilize AWS API Gateway for managing and securing API endpoints.
- Apply principles of Clean Architecture and best practices in software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, taking ownership of modules and components.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines,



leveraging tools like Kubernetes and Docker for deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards through code reviews.

Skills and Qualifications

- 8-12 years of progressive experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Proven expertise in Golang for backend development, including GoRoutines, Channels, and Microservices.
- Strong proficiency in Angular, NgRx, RxJS, and TypeScript for frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS API Gateway and other cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL databases is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient with Git for version control.
