About The Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend systems
- Develop APIs and services with a focus on performance and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and infrastructure
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical design discussions
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and system design

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C++, or Python)




- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience building distributed systems and REST/gRPC services
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching systems
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with high-QPS systems and performance optimization
- Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Exposure to microservices architecture and observability tools
- Prior experience mentoring engineers
