Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to manage and supervise in office project execution, ensure quality standards, coordinate with clients and contractors, and complete projects within the scheduled timeline. Experience in industrial flooring solutions such as Epoxy Flooring, PU Flooring, ESD Flooring, and Concrete Flooring will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Handle industrial flooring projects, including Epoxy, PU, ESD, and Concrete Flooring.
3. Inspect site conditions and ensure proper surface preparation before flooring application.
4. Ensure correct mixing, application, and curing of flooring materials as per technical specifications.
5. Monitor project quality, workmanship, safety standards, and productivity.
6. Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, vendors, and site workers.
7. Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption reports, and site documentation.
8. Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
9. Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related problems.
10. Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline.
11. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.




12. Follow safety procedures and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
13. Read and understand drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical specifications.
14. Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and site supervisors.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in site execution and project supervision.
- Knowledge of industrial flooring systems, especially Epoxy and PU Flooring, is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of quality control, safety procedures, and material estimation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have strong site execution experience, the ability to independently handle project sites, manage manpower, coordinate with clients, and maintain quality standards. Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial flooring applications will be given preference.
