Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, integrations, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading development teams, conducting architecture assessments, and driving technical governance.

Experience

10–12+ years of overall Salesforce development and solution architecture experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Mandatory Certifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) – Mandatory
- At least one Salesforce Architect Certification – Mandatory
- Application Architect
- System Architect
- B2C Commerce Architect
- B2B Commerce Architect
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Lead Salesforce architecture, development, integration, and implementation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Work with Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and MuleSoft.
- Conduct architecture assessments, technical POCs, code reviews, and design reviews.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, technical governance, and best practices.
- Mentor Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance to development teams.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce technical issues and provide scalable solutions.
- Evaluate Salesforce seasonal releases and assess new platform capabilities for business adoption.
- Support Agile/Scrum development practices and contribute to sprint planning, technical discussions, and delivery.
