Role: Senior QA Engineer — Zuora CPQ

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Zuora CPQ to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end quality assurance for quote-to-cash implementations, ensuring robust test coverage across subscription billing, pricing, and revenue workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test strategies and test plans for Zuora CPQ implementations covering product catalog, quoting, order management, and billing workflows
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across Zuora CPQ and connected systems (Salesforce CRM, ERP, payment gateways)
- Build and maintain automated test suites for Zuora CPQ processes using tools such as Selenium, Postman, or equivalent
- Validate subscription lifecycle scenarios including amendments, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades
- Test pricing rules, discount schedules, rate plans, and revenue recognition configurations
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and Zuora architects to review requirements and identify testable acceptance criteria early in the cycle
- Perform API testing for Zuora REST APIs and integration touchpoints
- Identify, document,



and track defects through to resolution using JIRA or equivalent tools
- Support data migration testing and cutover validation activities
- Contribute to QA best practices, frameworks, and documentation standards across the team

Required Skills

1. 5–8 years of QA experience with at least 3 years specifically on Zuora CPQ or Zuora Billing
2. Strong understanding of subscription business models, quote-to-cash, and revenue lifecycle
3. Hands-on experience testing Zuora product catalog, quoting engine, order management, and billing
4. Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent)
5. Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail)
6. Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend verification
7. Experience with Salesforce CRM integration testing is a solid plus
8. Familiarity with agile/scrum delivery methodology

Good to Have

- Zuora certification (Zuora Billing or Zuora Revenue)
- Experience with Selenium or other test automation frameworks
- Exposure to revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) testing scenarios
- Experience with ERP integration testing (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
