We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Python Developer with expertise in scalable backend architecture, distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and high-performance API development.

Required Technical Skills

- Advanced Python programming, OOP, design patterns, and asynchronous programming using asyncio.
- Expertise in FastAPI, Django, Flask, and high-performance RESTful API development.
- Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and distributed computing.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and database query optimization.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery, and asynchronous task processing.
- Strong understanding of system design, concurrency, multithreading, multiprocessing, and performance tuning.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services.
- Hands-on expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of API security, OAuth 2.0, JWT, encryption, and secure coding practices.




- Experience with automated testing using Pytest, integration testing, and test-driven development.
- Familiarity with observability tools, centralized logging, distributed tracing, and monitoring.
- Experience with Terraform, Git, Linux, and production deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services.
- Design robust APIs and microservices for enterprise-grade applications.
- Optimize database performance, application latency, and system throughput.
- Build event-driven architectures and reliable asynchronous processing pipelines.
- Implement fault tolerance, caching, load balancing, and resiliency mechanisms.
- Lead code reviews, troubleshoot complex production issues, and ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams.
