?Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP post-implementation support and maintenance activities.
- Manage production support teams across Oracle Fusion modules including Financials, Procurement, HCM, and related applications.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, bugs, and enhancements within defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Lead L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, production fixes, and escalations.
- Oversee solution delivery activities including requirement analysis, design, development, unit testing, deployment, and production validation.
- Coordinate functional, technical, QA, development, and business teams for successful delivery.
- Manage enhancement requests and ensure proper testing, documentation, approvals, and deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement, problem management, and preventive actions to improve application stability.
- Manage stakeholder communication, governance meetings, status reporting, risks, issues, and escalations.




- Monitor support metrics, ticket backlog, SLA compliance, resource utilization, and overall service performance.

?Required Skills
- 8–12+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Oracle ERP support, or enterprise application delivery.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation/support projects.
- Valuable understanding of Oracle modules such as Financials, Procurement, HCM, etc.
- Experience managing production support and application maintenance teams.
- Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management.
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, risks, escalations, and project dependencies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
