Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist will provide advanced physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients with foot and lower limb conditions, working in close coordination with podiatrists and other healthcare professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, designing individualized rehabilitation plans, supervising therapeutic exercises, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves educating patients on preventive care, proper biomechanics, and home-based exercise programs, as well as maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

The Senior

Physiotherapist may mentor junior staff, contribute to clinical protocols, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the clinic. This is a full time,



on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with specialization or significant experience in foot and lower limb rehabilitation.
- Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and adjust interventions based on clinical outcomes.
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and use of rehabilitation equipment relevant to podiatry and gait-related issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide clear, empathetic guidance.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior clinicians and contributing to clinical training or protocol development is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid professional registration/licensure as required in India.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Mumbai, manage a structured caseload, and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
- Prior experience in a podiatry, orthopedic, sports medicine, or rehabilitation setting is an advantage.
