We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Senior Patent Associate with hands-on experience in patent drafting. Job Title: Senior Patent Associate-Drafting

Experience Required: 2–4 years

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

· Draft provisional and complete (non-provisional) patent applications for India (IN), United States (US), and Europe (EP).

· Prepare and review patent specifications, claims, drawings, and related documentation, ensuring technical accuracy, clarity, and appropriate claim scope.

· Handle patent prosecution, including analyzing examination reports/Office Actions, drafting responses, and assisting with patent hearings.

· Collaborate with inventors, clients, and internal teams to understand inventions and translate technical concepts into well-structured patent applications.

· Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in patent drafting and prosecution.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant IPR experience, particularly in patent drafting and prosecution.




- Engineering graduate with specialization in any one of the following fields: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering.
- Practical experience in drafting provisional and complete patent specifications.
- Working knowledge of Indian (IN), US, and European (EP) patent practices.
- Experience in responding to examination reports/Office Actions is preferred; exposure to patent hearings is an advantage.
- Preferably a Registered Indian Patent Agent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong technical understanding, analytical reasoning, research, and patent drafting skills.
- Long-term commitment to a career in patent drafting and prosecution.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and progressively handle complex inventions and prosecution matters.
