Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Operations Manager to lead field operations, manage project execution, coordinate with municipal bodies and other stakeholders, and ensure efficient, scalable delivery of our organic waste processing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations, including waste processing, resource planning, and quality control.
- Coordinate with municipal authorities, field teams, vendors, and technology partners.
- Manage manpower, budgets, timelines, and operational performance.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitoring systems, and operational reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in waste management, environmental services, manufacturing, or the circular economy.
- Robust skills in team management, problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- A practical, field-oriented approach with the ability to work in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel within Maharashtra as required.
