Role Summary:

Responsible for providing occupational health and nursing services, including employee treatment, emergency care, medical record management, workplace injury coordination, and health awareness programs. Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations while supporting employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care, first aid, and emergency medical support.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments.
- Maintain confidential medical records and documentation.
- Manage sick leave, medical referrals, and follow-up care.
- Support workplace injury reporting and investigations.
- Coordinate employee healthcare services with external providers.
- Conduct health education and wellness initiatives.
- Monitor medical supplies, first aid boxes, and emergency equipment.

Qualifications:

- ANM/GNM/Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
