Role Description The Senior Manager Sponsorship & Partnerships will lead the development, negotiation, and management of sponsorships and strategic partnerships across Teamwork Arts’ festivals and initiatives. This full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area involves identifying and cultivating prospective sponsors, preparing proposals, and driving sponsorship sales to meet revenue targets. The role includes designing and executing sponsorship activation plans, ensuring deliverables are fulfilled, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners.

The Senior

Manager will work closely with event, marketing,



programming, and finance teams to integrate sponsor objectives into festival experiences and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities also include market research, pipeline management, contract administration, performance tracking, and representing the organization in sponsor meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications

- Strong sponsorship and sales capabilities, including Sponsorship Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Effective relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, including clear and persuasive Communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in Sponsorship Activation, with the ability to design, implement, and evaluate sponsor benefits and brand integrations.
- Hands-on Event Management experience, ideally within festivals, arts, culture, or large-scale public events.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, including comfort with presentations, budgeting, and contract discussions.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in arts, culture, media, or non-profit sectors is an advantage, along with familiarity with international partnerships.
