About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute and optimise digital advertising campaigns for multiple fashion and lifestyle brands. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in paid advertising, campaign strategy, performance analysis and budget management, with a focus on generating sales, improving ROAS and driving business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with each brand’s sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and optimise key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and cost per purchase.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Work on creative testing, audience testing and campaign experiments to improve performance.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives, videos and campaign assets.
- Track website traffic, conversions and campaign performance using tools.




- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates, customer acquisition and overall advertising efficiency.
- Manage multiple brand accounts and campaigns while ensuring timely execution and reporting.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates and new performance marketing strategies.
- Guide junior team members and support campaign execution wherever required.

Skills Required

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of campaign planning, audience segmentation, retargeting and conversion optimisation.
- Ability to analyse data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and working towards sales and ROAS targets.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Preferred Experience

- Experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
- Experience with e-commerce campaigns and online sales growth.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing junior performance marketing team members.
