- Lead supply planning and supply-chain transformation initiatives for automotive clients.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply-chain challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Manage end-to-end supply planning, including demand-supply balancing, inventory planning and capacity planning.
- Analyze supply-chain processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement and optimization.
- Drive consulting engagements involving Supply Chain Planning, S&OP;, inventory and procurement processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Operations, Sales & Distribution.
- Develop and implement supply-chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare business cases, process documentation, presentations and recommendations for senior management.
- Lead transformation and process-improvement projects from requirement gathering through implementation.
- Manage client/stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress, risks and outcomes.
- Guide and mentor team members and manage project deliverables.
- Support digital/technology-enabled supply-chain transformation initiatives.
Mandatory Skills / Experience
Must Have
- 12+ years of overall experience in Supply Chain / Supply Planning.
- Strong experience in the Automotive industry.
- Prior consulting experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Solid experience in Supply Planning / Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience in S&OP; / IBP / Demand & Supply Planning.
- Knowledge of inventory planning, capacity planning and material planning.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience working with senior management / business leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
