Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage plant logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products to production lines.

- Oversee manpower handling, including issue resolution, line feeding, and stock control.

- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in inventory management, reporting, and system management.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to inbound/outbound processes.

Job Requirements :

- 6-10 years of experience in automotive industry or manufacturing sector.

- Solid knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for tracking inventory levels and managing supply chain operations.

- Excellent auditing skills with ability to identify areas for improvement in logistics operations.

- Proficiency in Kannada language is an added advantage.
