About the RoleSysCloudTech is a leading IT solutions and corporate training provider. We are expanding our sales and marketing engine and are urgently hiring 3 driven International Marketing Executives / Lead Generation Specialists.

This role is tailored specifically for professionals with a solid track record in B2B lead generation via LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, particularly within the IT training and professional certifications domain. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint by connecting with international clients, understanding their skill-development requirements, and positioning our corporate training and certification programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Targeted LinkedIn Prospecting: Drive end-to-end B2B lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced networking strategies across international markets.
- Client Engagement & Consultation: Connect with decision-makers, IT professionals, and corporate leaders to share relevant information regarding our industry-recognized training programs and IT certifications.
- Pipeline Growth:



Continuously grow and nurture a high-value LinkedIn connection network to build a robust sales pipeline and secure qualified meetings.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute strategic social media and outreach campaigns tailored to international markets to maximize conversion rates.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on corporate lead generation experience.
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated working background in lead generation specifically for IT training, professional certifications, or tech education sectors.
- Platform Mastery: In-depth, practical knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation workflows, Sales Navigator, and social selling techniques.
- Education: B.Tech, BBA, MBA, or any relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency to engage seamlessly with international clientele.
- Mindset: Highly motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic professional with a proactive approach to sales.

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday (Half Day): 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM
