: Senior Java Backend Developer

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
- Build REST APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Work extensively with Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and OOP concepts.
- Design and integrate backend services with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Work with Kafka/RabbitMQ for asynchronous and event-driven communication.
- Develop and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable APIs.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and production issue resolution.
- Work with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD, Docker, and backend deployment processes.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and other backend developers.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Java 8 , Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of Data Structures, Design Patterns, Multithreading,



and Concurrency.
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle.
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ is preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP is an added advantage.
- Solid debugging, problem-solving, and backend system design skills.
