Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of IT contractors through C2H model.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with top talent in the market.

- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality.

- Ensure timely delivery of resources while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- must have experience in Contract to hire at IT consultancy firm

Job Requirements :

- 2-15 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry.

- Robust understanding of contract hiring, contracting, and contract staffing processes.

- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment including permanent placement services.
