We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and development of residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have solid creative vision, technical expertise, client-handling skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept development to design approval and execution coordination.

The candidate will work closely with clients, junior designers, 2D Designers, 3D Visualisers, and Project Managers to deliver functional, aesthetically appealing, and budget-conscious interior solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design & Space Planning

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, colour schemes, and material selections.
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedrooms, living rooms, and complete home interiors.
- Ensure designs balance aesthetics, functionality, budget, and practical execution requirements.

2D Drawings & 3D Visualisation
- Prepare and review floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 3D models, realistic renders, and design presentations.
- Review 3D walkthroughs and visualisations before client presentations.
- Ensure consistency between approved concepts, technical drawings, and final designs.

Client Management
- Conduct client meetings to understand design preferences, requirements, and budgets.
- Present design concepts, layouts, material options, and 3D visualisations.
- Explain design recommendations and incorporate client feedback.
- Manage design revisions and obtain approvals within agreed timelines.
- Maintain professional client relationships throughout the design process.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with 2D Designers, 3D Visualisers, Project Managers, Procurement, and Site Teams.




- Ensure approved drawings and material specifications are communicated clearly.
- Support site teams in resolving design-related technical issues.
- Review site measurements and ensure designs suit actual site conditions.
- Coordinate with execution teams to maintain design intent during implementation.

Team Leadership & Quality Control
- Guide junior designers and review their work.
- Maintain design quality and technical accuracy across projects.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Minimise drawing errors, unnecessary revisions, and execution-related discrepancies.
- Stay updated with interior design trends, materials, finishes, and furniture solutions.

QualificationDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience4–8 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably in residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home interior projects.

Candidates with a strong portfolio and experience handling projects independently will be preferred.
